The current website sync tracks 83 story enemies across 24 story phases, plus the separate VikramAditya prologue encounter.
Each enemy is built from:
- a tier (
T1 to T4)
- a repeating 6-step intent pattern
- one or more special behaviors that change the encounter script

The prologue encounter adds VikramAditya as one additional T4 intent sheet.
Every enemy follows a 6-turn intent cycle.
Pattern rules:
Fixed loop means the enemy repeats the same order every cycle
Shuffle all but first means turn 1 stays fixed, while turns 2-6 rotate in random order
